Make a juice with 3 grapefruits and mix it with 1 cup of olive oil. You need to shake very well to blend thoroughly. Now drink it slowly at 8:00 pm. You need to lie down on your back with head up. Better you do not move much and allow the oil to work in the liver. In the next morning when you wake up, prepare a mixture with rest of the Epsom salt mixed with one glass of water and 1 lemon and drink it slowly. Now repeat the same mixture within next 2 hours. Do not repeat this liver cleansing recipe within next 2 weeks.
